The villa has 2 large, covered seaside terraces with sweeping, uninterrupted views
of the Adriatic and is surrounded by extensive Mediterranean style gardens. The villa
is right on the beach, with steps leading you down to the sea where there is a little
pebble beach and jetty suitable for sunbathing and swimming for all ages. Beach umbrellas/chairs are provided for your convenience. The jetty is also suitable for mooring boats/yachts.
Villa Katy is located at the tip of a peninsula and surrounded by beautiful blue sea
from three sides; you have seclusion, tranquillity and breathtaking 270 degree
views of the sea and nearby isles.
The nearest shops and restaurants are in Vela Luka which is only 10 km away.
